Latest Updates from Our Project:

Still Alive/Shipping Charges Incoming
18 days ago – Mon, Aug 31, 2026 at 08:16:18 AM

Hi, Folks!

I've answered direct comments, but have been horrible about doing an actual update.

We have the corrected NMFM zines here in-house, and I'm getting shipping rates approved now.

As promised to our UK backers, I'm coordinating with the fine folks at Ex Stasis Games to get your physical copies delivered.

It's admittedly been a hot minute, so take a few moments over the next few days to make sure you still have your accurate address on file (and that you've completed the survey). You'll receive an alert when addresses have been locked, and you can pay shipping, but I'll make an update here, too, for visibility.

Thanks again to everyone for your support and patience! We're incredibly close to wrapping this up, and we can't wait to get these very lovely zines in your hands.

NMFM: Charging Shipping/Sending Out Soon
6 months ago – Thu, Apr 02, 2026 at 06:32:56 AM

Hi, Folks!

First, I want to thank everyone for their well-wishes and understanding while we've been on the mend. It's been truly appreciated and, honestly, very uplifting. Our sphere of the internet always surprises me with its empathy.

Second, I'm happy to say that we should be charging shipping and begin sending out the physical zines next month. We'll send out an update once the books hit our doorstep to let you know it's time to make your final preparations.

Thanks again for everything, and talk soon.

NMFM Update: Still Alive, Physical Copies Still Coming
8 months ago – Thu, Jan 22, 2026 at 11:51:05 AM

TLDR: We had some major life issues arise that slowed down the physical copies being sent. They're still coming; hopefully, we will begin the mailing process by the end of next month, but I will update here to confirm.

A longer explanation of the personal details is below for our backers. Thanks again for your patience.

NMFM Update: Digital Copies Delivered!
12 months ago – Thu, Oct 02, 2025 at 05:12:19 AM

Hi, Folks!

As you probably realized by the possibly strange number of emails you received last night, digital copies of No Mercy For Monsters have been delivered!

We truly appreciate the kind words we've already received, and I know the community will appreciate the many community copies that you all helped fund (point your friends toward itch while they last!).

If you returned your surveys and were successfully charged, you should have also received the download access for any of the add-ons you purchased as well.

The next step is getting the proof for the physical zine from Ninja Print and then sending physical copies out!

Thank you again for all your support, and good hunting, Woodsmen.

- Jess

Other Radness

Glatisant: A Two-player Arthurian TTRPG

Since you love No Mercy For Monsters, I recommend checking out Glatisant from Graftbound Press. Lucas reached out to me with an early copy of this amazing duet game, and I was jealous in all of the best ways. Per the page:

Experience a lifelong quest through Arthurian myth as the heroic Knight Errant and the Questing Beast they pursue. The Knight must seek the Beast, and the Beast must make the Knight worthy of their legend.

There are still a few days to pledge, so get in there!

NMFM Update: Locking Orders and Charging Cards
about 1 year ago – Mon, Sep 01, 2025 at 09:17:06 AM

Hi, Folks.

We truly appreciate you bearing with us as we dealt with everything. We're back in the saddle now and ready to get this amazing zine fully in your hands.

To that end, I'm locking orders and charging cards today, and you should receive the notice that you have 48 hours to make changes right after.

Once that's all taken care of, we'll be sending out the PDFs through Drivethru or Itch (whichever you chose) and moving on to collecting shipping and sending out the physical zines to those who ordered them.

Thanks again and good hunting, Woodsmen.
